Overview Of Position Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction operations and team coordination
• Manage project quality, safety, and schedule compliance
• Coordinate trade partners and resolve field conflicts
• Maintain accurate documentation and as-built drawings
• Ensure compliance with healthcare construction requirements
• Drive efficient project completion from NTP through warranty
  
  

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• 4-6 years field supervision in healthcare/occupied renovations
• Strong knowledge of construction operations and scheduling
• Experience with healthcare facility requirements
• Proficient in construction management software (Procore) and Bluebeam
• Certifications preferred: OSHA 30, ASHE, CHC, CCHM
• Excellent team leadership and communication skills
