L2 Brands is looking for a hands-on, people-first leader to join our team as a 2nd Shift Embroidery Supervisor. In this role, you'll oversee daily operations in our embroidery department, guiding a talented team of embroidery, laser bed, and Proel laser operators. Your leadership will help drive production efficiency, quality, and team development — all while keeping safety and collaboration top of mind.

What you'll do
- Lead and support 2nd shift embroidery and laser operators
- Manage workflow and production to meet daily goals and deadlines
- Conduct routine quality checks and enforce safety procedures
- Develop and coach team leads and operators
- Serve as a communication link between shifts, shipping, and leadership
- Contribute to planning, continuous improvement, and LEAN initiatives
- Maintain accurate records, address real-time issues, and support shift transitions
What we're looking for
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1–3 years of related experience and/or 1 year as a lead operator in apparel manufacturing
- Familiarity with embroidery equipment and LEAN manufacturing practices
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Confidence in enforcing policies and safety standards
Schedule & Environment
- Based on-site in our production facility
- 2nd Shift: Mon–Thurs, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM (occasional Fridays/weekends)
- Physical role – standing, lifting (up to 20 lbs), operating machinery, occasional computer work
