We’d love to have you join us on our journey. What You’ll Do: Process Daily Transactions: Handle daily check and credit card deposits and assist with reconciling the cash sales accounting schedule. Audit Car Deals: Review deals for accuracy and completeness using the Deal Checklist before submission to the Accounting Processing Center. Track and Report Issues: Maintain notes on missing or incorrect items in the Booked and Pending report and support compliance tracking. Collaborate with Store Operations: Work with store teams and Business Managers to implement process changes and ensure revenue recognition. Assist with Accounting Schedules: Help maintain reconciled accounting schedules as assigned by the Business Manager. Cross-Train and Provide Backup: Learn the Title & Registration Specialist role to support other accounting functions when needed. Meet Performance Standards: Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in all assigned tasks. What You’ll Bring: Attention to Detail: Accuracy in auditing and processing financial documents. Experience: 1 years in a dealership environment or experience processing car deals is preferred. We Offer Best-in-Class Industry Benefits: Pay starting between $45,000 and $55,000, based on factors such as skills, experience, and internal equity. Final compensation will be determined through the interview process and in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
