Competitive pay and benefits Supportive team environment Career advancement opportunities across a growing national network Ongoing training and professional development Be part of a company that values integrity, teamwork, and customer satisfaction What You’ll Do: Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional manner Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries Direct phone calls to appropriate departments Process customer payments (cash, credit, etc.) accurately and efficiently Balance and reconcile the cash office accounts and bank deposits daily Support the Office Manager and/or General Manager with general clerical duties Attend team meetings and scheduled training sessions Perform other basic administrative duties as assigned What We’re Looking For: Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills Friendly, upbeat personality with strong attention to detail Professional phone etiquette and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) 1–2 years of experience in a cashier or receptionist role preferred A strong desire to learn, grow, and build a career in the automotive industry CDK (automotive dealership software) knowledge would be a plus but not required.
