The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in ccc estimating software, insurance communications and standard supplement procedures. This role requires a proactive approach to customer communications and expectations, to support our body shop tech team effectively.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the in process vehicles needing supplement and ensuring repair approvals are received and parts ordering approvals are sent to our parts dep.
- Utilize CCC and Nexsyis shop management software.
- Prioritize work load to keep supplements from bogging down repair process.
Requirements
- 2 years experience as a collision estimator (preferred)
- Knowledge of OEM repair procedures
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple repairs efficiently
- I-CAR training a plus
- Proven experience in Claims management and CCC estimating.

- Write complete and accurate estimates using CCC
- Perform vehicle damage analysis and photo documentation
- Communicate with insurance adjusters and customers
- Manage supplements and repair approvals
- Coordinate repairs with production staff
- Maintain cycle time, quality, and customer satisfaction goals
