Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily accounting tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and reconciliations
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and reporting tasks
- Communicate with team members and vendors as needed
- Handle administrative and accounting-related tasks as they come up
- Learn and take on new responsibilities over time
Qualifications:
- No degree required; relevant experience or coursework is a plus
- Basic math and computer skills (Excel or similar programs preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organization
