- Own a Philadelphia-based docket of asbestos-cancer cases at every stage of litigation
- Build detailed exposure histories through client interviews, supported by the firm's investigative team
- Draft complaints, discovery, motions, and appellate filings
- Appear at depositions, mediations, and hearings
- Collaborate with oncologists and occupational-medicine experts to develop case theories
- Pennsylvania bar in good standing; additional admissions a plus
- Background in plaintiff personal injury, toxic tort, mass tort, or asbestos work preferred
- Precision and compassion managing a demanding caseload for seriously ill clients and their families
- Strong writing, oral advocacy, and client-service instincts
- VA accreditation or interest in veterans' claims is a bonus
- $130,000-$220,000 depending on experience
