Role:

Take Products from Concept to Reality

Lead the electrical and electronic design process from initial concept through prototyping, testing, validation, and successful production launch. You'll have a direct impact on how new products are developed and brought to market.

Be the Technical Leader

Provide direction and guidance to engineering teams, establish project priorities, manage timelines, and keep complex development initiatives moving forward. You'll balance big-picture thinking with the technical details that make projects successful.

Experience:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Experience: 7 years of electrical design engineering experience, ideally with exposure to consumer product development.
• Technical Expertise: Advanced understanding of electronic circuits, components, schematics, electrical design principles, and testing methodologies.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to guide engineering teams, establish priorities, and successfully manage complex technical projects.
• Product Development: Experience transforming early-stage product concepts into fully developed, manufacturable designs.
• Engineering Tools: Proficiency with electrical design, simulation, and analysis software.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to troubleshoot challenging electrical and electronic issues.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and business stakeholders.
