About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Quality/Test Engineer 3 to join a highly collaborative Product Support team. This role focuses on product quality, failure analysis, and customer support, ensuring top performance and reliability of equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate warranty claims and product failures to identify quality improvements
Respond to dealer technical service inquiries and provide solutions
Analyze product quality data and generate internal reports
Develop and implement quality standards, sampling procedures, and testing methods
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams
Support training and quality control initiatives
Drive continuous improvement using Six Sigma methodologies
Required Skills & Experience
5–7 years of experience in quality, testing, or product support engineering
Degree in Engineering (Associate or Bachelor’s accepted)
Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, hydraulic, and software systems
Experience with:
J1939 CAN communication, Ethernet
Multimeter, Oscilloscope
Sensors (Hall Effect, Pressure, Angle)
Proficiency in data analysis, technical writing, and Microsoft tools
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have
Experience with Six Sigma methodologies
Knowledge of scripting/macros
Background in heavy equipment or similar industries
Salary : $70,000 - $75,000
