- What is a typical day to day? Responsible for pretreatment and chemistry processes within the paint department. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Safety & Quality:
- Maintain compliance with plant safety protocols and quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve efficiency.
Robotics Maintenance:
- Oversee and maintain Fanuc robotics systems.
- Responsible for approximately 100 robots within the department.
Team Leadership:
- Manage and support a team of 5–10 employees.
- Provide technical guidance and training as needed.
- ***Role Requires a technical background. Any engineering degree is a plus but required. ****
- 1 year of automotive experience and working in Fanuc and Robots.
- Need to have a great work ethic and be willing to learn and work independently.
Technical Expertise:
- Strong background in paint processes, pretreatment, and chemical applications.
