About the Role
Join as a Senior Reliability Engineer and lead initiatives to improve machine availability, optimize maintenance strategies, and deploy Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) on critical machining centers. This role combines technical expertise, data analytics, and leadership to ensure world-class reliability and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive OEE improvement through loss analysis and corrective actions.
- Analyze maintenance data and implement predictive maintenance strategies.
- Manage critical spares and obsolescence planning.
- Lead root cause investigations and implement permanent solutions.
- Deploy TPM and coach operators on basic care and defect tagging.
- Influence reliability in new equipment design and commissioning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in maintenance/reliability engineering.
- Black Belt certification required.
- Proficiency in CMMS tools, data analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI), and Microsoft O365.
- Desired: Project Management, CNC programming experience.
Work Environment
- Combination of office and shop floor setting.
Salary : $95,000 - $100,000
