We are seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager with 5–8 years of project/program management experience to support large-scale transformation initiatives within the medical device industry. Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project activities, including project plans, schedules, timelines, and deliverables.
- Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
- Support PMO governance processes, executive reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders across global organizations.
- Drive project communications and facilitate stakeholder meetings.
- Apply change management methodologies to support transformation initiatives.
- Conduct gap assessments and recommend process improvement solutions.
- Monitor project KPIs, resource utilization, and overall project health.
- Ensure project documentation, reporting, and governance requirements are maintained.
- Support regulatory, quality, and compliance-focused initiatives within a medical device environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years of Project Management or Program Management experience.
- Experience within the Medical Device industry.
- Knowledge of EU MDR, Clinical Evaluation Reports (CERs), and clinical evaluation processes.
- Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs.
- Experience working in global, matrixed organizations.
- Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
- Experience with project planning, resource management, KPI reporting, and risk management.
- PMO governance, reporting, and dashboard experience.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, CAPM, Prosci, or other project management certifications.
- Experience supporting regulatory, quality, compliance, or business transformation projects.
- Performance consulting experience, including gap analysis and solution recommendations.
Salary : $40 - $45
