Job Description & Skill Requirement:
• Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements for 3DEXPERIENCE modules (ENOVIA, CATIA, DELMIA) including Change Management, EBOM/MBOM, and Configuration Management.
• Conduct gap analysis and impact assessment for platform upgrades, enhancements, and migration initiatives (e.g., 2019x → 2023x/25x/26x).
• Define and validate business workflows, data models, BOM structures, and integration requirements across PLM ecosystem.
• Collaborate with technical teams on solution design, configuration, and customization (JPO, MQL, UI3, APIs).
• Drive Agile execution by supporting backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and stakeholder reviews.
• Coordinate testing activities (SIT/UAT) including test scenario validation, defect triage, and business sign-off.
• Candidate should have strong expertise in Requirement Elicitation, Business Analysis, Functional & System requirements, 3DExperience Platform, ENOVIA-CATIA-DELMIA, PLM Integration, Gap Analysis, BOM Structures, Configuration and Customization, Solution Design, Workflow Definition.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Relevant certifications in PLM, CAD systems, or 3DX tools would be a plus

The expected salary range for this position is between $77,500 to $1,15,000 annually. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business line, and geographic/office location.
Salary : $77,500 - $115,000
