Role Overview
L&T Technology Services (LTTS) is seeking a high‑impact Account Manager – Medical Technologies to drive strategic account growth and new business acquisition across the North America region. This role owns a USD 10–15 million portfolio, with end‑to‑end responsibility for customer relationships, revenue growth, and value‑based selling across leading medical device and healthcare technology customers.
The role requires strong domain understanding of Medical Devices / MedTech, consultative selling skills, and the ability to work closely with global delivery, solutioning, and leadership teams to deliver differentiated engineering and digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Own and grow a USD 10–15M annual revenue portfolio across Medical Technology customers in North America
- Drive new logo acquisition and expansion within existing strategic accounts
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline aligned to annual operating plans and growth targets
- Lead complex deal pursuits, including solution positioning, commercial structuring, and negotiations
Customer & Account Management
- Act as the primary relationship owner for assigned customer accounts, engaging CXOs, business leaders, and engineering stakeholders
- Develop and execute account growth plans aligned to customer priorities, technology roadmaps, and regulatory needs
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive governance, issue resolution, and value realization
Solution & Value Selling
- Position LTTS’ capabilities across Product Engineering, Digital Engineering, Verification & Validation, Regulatory, Manufacturing Engineering, and Digital Health
- Collaborate with solution architects and delivery teams to shape customer‑aligned, outcome‑driven proposals
- Drive conversations beyond cost and efficiency into innovation, transformation, and long‑term value creation
Internal Collaboration & Governance
- Work closely with delivery, pre‑sales, finance, legal, and leadership teams to ensure seamless deal execution
- Support transition planning, growth programs, and governance models for large and strategic engagements
- Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and CRM hygiene
Qualifications & Experience
- 10–15 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, with a strong focus on Medical Devices / Medical Technologies
- Proven experience managing multi‑million‑dollar portfolios (USD 10M ) in engineering services, digital services, or technology consulting
- Strong understanding of MedTech engineering lifecycle, regulatory environment, and industry trends
- Demonstrated success in complex, consultative sales and long‑term account growth
- Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a global, matrixed environment with cross‑functional teams
