Job Description & Skill Requirement:

• Provide onsite mechanical engineering support for manufacturing facilities and capital projects.
• Develop equipment specifications, mechanical datasheets, and technical evaluations.
• Support installation and integration of process and utility equipment.
• Coordinate equipment layout reviews, constructability assessments, and field verification activities.
• Review piping and equipment arrangements from operability and maintainability perspectives.
• Support vendor coordination, technical clarifications, and site execution activities.
• Participate in commissioning, startup, and mechanical completion activities.
• Assist in equipment troubleshooting and reliability improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with process, controls, utilities, and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygienic design, and industry regulations.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 10 to 15 years of experience in food, dairy, beverage, frozen dessert, or ice cream manufacturing facilities.
• Knowledge of pumps, tanks, heat exchangers, conveyors, refrigeration interfaces, and utility systems.
• Experience with equipment layout development and plant modifications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D model review environments.
• Understanding of sanitary and hygienic equipment design requirements.
• Experience supporting capital projects and site execution activities.
• Familiarity with ASME and relevant industry standards.
• Strong vendor coordination and field engineering capabilities.
• Ability to work onsite in the USA.
