The Head of Sales (Mobility, Energy & Industrial Products) in the US, Europe & Japan Markets are crucial position at LTSCT. Reporting to the Chief Executive, this role is dedicated to leading LTSCT's sales and business development efforts in the Mobility, Energy & Industrial sectors across specified geographies. The key objective is to drive sales growth, expand market share, and solidify LTSCT's position in the respective markets by focusing on semiconductor solutions.
Responsibilities
- Market Strategy and Opportunity Identification: Develop and implement targeted business growth strategies, focusing on the industrial, mobility and Energy sectors. Analyze market trends to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Relationship Building and Management: Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners in these sectors, focusing on building new and strengthening existing relationships.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as Technology/Techno-Commercial Leaders, ensuring business development strategies are aligned with LTSCT’s technological capabilities and market trends.
- Industry Engagement and Brand Building: Represent LTSCT in industry forums, trade associations, and government interactions to enhance brand visibility and develop supportive business networks.
- Regulatory Compliance and Ethical Standards: Adhere to industry regulations, ensuring all business practices meet legal and ethical standards.
- Strategic Direction and Collaborative Ventures: Provide strategic input for LTSCT’s growth and lead collaborative ventures that align with the company’s objectives.
- Opportunity Identification and Sales Strategy Development: Proactively identify potential sales opportunities within the Mobility, Energy & Industrial sectors. Develop and implement targeted sales strategies that align with LTSCT's objectives and market trends.
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Actively seek out and secure new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. Utilize excellent communication and negotiation skills to build trust and long-term partnerships.
- Sales Execution and Target Achievement: Execute sales initiatives effectively to generate substantial sales. Focus on meeting or exceeding set sales targets through strategic planning and persistent efforts.
- Market Share Expansion: Work towards expanding LTSCT's market share in the semiconductor industry for Mobility, Energy & Industrial applications. Employ innovative approaches to penetrate new market segments and enhance LTSCT's market presence.
- Miscellaneous Assignments: Flexibly undertake any other duties or special projects as assigned by LTSCT management, demonstrating adaptability and responsiveness to evolving business needs and priorities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, business or related field.
- 10 to 15 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in semiconductors for Mobility, Energy & Industrial sectors.
- Track record of winning new business and large deals.
- Extensive knowledge of Mobility, Energy & Industrial sectors sales and program management preferred.
- Willingness to travel for customer and team meetings.
