Day-to-Day Duties of the Client Associate
- Deploy structured outreach campaigns in commercial zones to introduce AT&T Business connectivity solutions using approved engagement protocols.
- Identify operational gaps and usage priorities to qualify leads and align service tiers with business infrastructure needs.
- Deliver tailored service proposals and manage acquisition flow—from initial engagement through contract execution and activation.
- Maintain CRM precision by logging account movement, engagement milestones, and provisioning status to support campaign tracking.
- Coordinate with internal teams to finalize onboarding steps, confirm eligibility, and meet delivery benchmarks across AT&T Business tiers.
- Analyze territory metrics and share insights to optimize outreach cadence, elevate conversion rates, and drive acquisition growth.
What We’re Looking For in a Client Associate
- High school diploma or GED required; coursework in business, marketing, or communications enhances outreach fluency and acquisition strategy.
- Experience in sales, client acquisition, or structured outreach preferred—especially within telecom, SaaS, or subscription-based industries.
- Familiar with AT&T Business service tiers; able to communicate product value with clarity, consistency, and strategic relevance.
- CRM proficient; maintains clean, actionable data to support pipeline tracking, territory visibility, and campaign performance.
- Skilled in identifying connectivity gaps, operational goals, and budget priorities to align service tiers with business infrastructure needs.
