Responsibilities
- Enter data into appraisal software by using specialized real estate multiple listing services and public records
- Verify the accuracy of data by cross-referencing information from different sources
- Organize and file physical and digital documents systematically for easy retrieval
- Assist with data collection efforts by compiling information from various sources
- Use typing skills to transcribe handwritten or audio-recorded information into digital formats
- Collaborate with appraisers to ensure data is timely and accurate
Requirements
- Proven experience with data entry, clerical tasks, or administrative support in an office environment
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in appraisal software or other related programs
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy, along with basic math skills for data validation
- Knowledge of databases, filing systems, and data collection techniques
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
