JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for creating high-quality videos and photos that represent the aspirational iO Clinic by L&P Aesthetics brands. In addition, this role will grow our aesthetic providers' social media accounts and engage daily with the online community.

We are seeking a highly creative and motivated Social Media Specialist to support our marketing team and enhance the company’s brand with engaging, trend-setting content.
POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Social Media Specialist, you create, produce, edit, and post high-quality content that showcases our treatments, services, providers, results, and brand personalities. You’ll create fun, informative, and entertaining videos that align with the latest social media trends, educate our audience about our services, and attract new clients. You aim to build an engaged community and increase brand awareness through viral and consistent content.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, shoot, and edit engaging and viral social media content that promotes the brand and providers on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and potentially other platforms.
- Stay up-to-date on social media trends, challenges, and popular sounds to incorporate into content.
- Collaborate with our in-house team of providers and marketing staff to highlight services and client transformations.
- Plan and execute social media content ideas that align with marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build an online community around our brand.
- Track the performance of social media content using analytics tools to optimize future posts.
- Experiment with creative concepts and campaigns to create highly-engaging and unique content.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice and aesthetics across all content and platforms.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a social media content creator.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices with the ability to launch and grow successful social media accounts.
- Video shooting, editing, and basic graphic design skills with experience with apps like InShot, CapCut, and Adobe Premiere.
- Highly creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple projects.
- Comfortable collecting content inside the operating room and with our patient population.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new trends and platform updates.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
