What You Will Do:
The Assembly Planning teams manage Co-Packing activities for a Signature facilitating coordination of production planning, understanding of trade-offs, and streamlining communication to key stakeholders across the organization.
Responsibilities can include but are not limited to the below listing:
- Coordinating monthly production requirements for internal and external co-packing sites.
- Responsible for creating and driving Assembly timelines for a variety of items such as prepacks and promotional mailings. Understands and communicates risk and constraints while holding team members accountable to their deliverables.
- Effectively communicating, mitigating, and managing risk with both Supply Chain and Business counterparts.
- Coordinates the flow of product and information, manages exceptions, and streamlines communication to business partners.
- Manage Co-Packer performance and drive accountability to aligned lead times and commitments.
What We Are Looking For:
- BA/BS degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or related field preferred
- 5 years of relevant job experience
- Demonstrated ability to effectively working with diverse cross functional partners
- MS Office experience, strong proficiency in Excel with comfort analyzing/manipulating large data sets and presenting visually
- Comfort with ERP Systems - SAP APO and ECC Experience a plus
- Strong communication skills
- An enthusiasm for continuous learning and development
