Position:
Youth To The People is looking for an ambitious self-starter who is passionate about skincare. Your duties and responsibilities include the development of Youth To The People retail sales, brand awareness and education within a concentrated market of retail doors.
Duties:
- Generate and drive sales in-store
- Flexibility to work up to 20 hours a week if needed.
- Empower the client by teaching them how to incorporate YTTP into their routine
- Build rapport with customers, providing an outstanding customer experience
- Foster impactful lasting relationships with key retail partners, in-store leadership, and beauty advisors
- Is teamwork oriented and a leader in selling, meeting goals while reinforcing brand product knowledge in-store
- Communicate regularly with your manager(s) to report progress and execute market specific sales & development plans
- Meet and interact with people internally and externally with an enthusiastic, positive and professional attitude
- Flexibility in your role and responsibilities is appreciated and welcomed as it contributes to overall growth, strengthening of skillset, and diversified experience
Qualifications:
- 2 years of skincare experience
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule – weekends required
- Excellent at time management
- Experience or exposure to working with Sephora is a plus
- Proven leader with the ability to inspire, and motivate store teams
- Excellent organization and communication skills; written, verbal and presentation
