Urban Decay is looking to add Retail Selling Specialist to their team in part time freelance positions.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Provide luxury-level service and experience for our retail account customers.
- Advise customers in finding personalized beauty solutions that include Urban Decay products.
- Proactively recruit new clients to Urban Decay and retain through service and follow up.
- Display exceptional client-centric selling skills to achieve retail sales goals with integrity.
- Inspire clients with expertise on innovative beauty trends and product knowledge.
- Demonstrate ability to effectively multi-task in fast-paced retail environment.
- Adhere to retail partner guidelines and best practices.
- Work collaboratively with retail store teams and brand partners to build multi-world sales.
- Maintain display cleanliness and stock levels.
- Provide feedback to Regional Sales Manager from consumers and retail store teams on merchandising, products, and competitive intel.
Training, Learning and Development:
Urban Decay Retail Selling Specialists participate in:
- Brand orientation.
- Continued training on Urban Decay animations and link selling.
- Continued training on product launches.
Job Qualifications:
- Must have a high school degree or equivalent.
- Customer service experience.
- Retail cosmetic/fragrance sales experience preferred, but not required.
- Keen interest and knowledge in cosmetics and beauty.
- Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable, dependable, and punctual.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and/or holidays (dependent on Regional Manager needs.)
- Reliable transportation to multiple retail account locations.

Hourly rates for this position range from $18-$25 hourly depending on location and experience.
