A Day in the Life

Deliver an exceptional luxury experience across various retail locations.

• Client Experience: Connect with clients to determine their needs, demonstrate products, and provide outstanding service.
• Retail & Operations: Partner with the sales team to execute promotions and recap results to the Sales & Training Executive.

We Are Looking For

• Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (required). All client-facing experience considered (cosmetics/fragrance experience not required).
• Core Skills: Strong expertise in Customer Service, Product Demonstration, Adaptability, and Effective Communication. Comfort performing Skincare & Makeup services on customers’ faces.
  • Comfort with trouble shooting Technology and performing Beauty Tech Diagnosis and Services on customers' faces.
• Attributes: Drive results, physical ability to stand for extended periods, and flexibility to work weekends/holidays.

Physical Environment: Must be able to work on the sales floor for extended periods, walk up and down a flight of stairs and/or ladder as necessary, and lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis

Hourly rates for this position range from $14-$20 hourly depending on location and experience.
