- Giorgio Armani Beauty and Valentino are known for luxurious service, innovative products, and for the people behind them. The Freelance Fragrance Specialist will assist the store team in creating a memorable service experience for the client and assist with fragrance sales. Due to the flexible nature of the position, this role will be at various locations vs. a permanent retail store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with clients and determine their needs.
- Create a luxury experience with brand-specific selling behavior (including product demonstration.)
- Empower the client.
- Achieve sales objectives.
- Attract new customers.
- Express a passion for fragrance and cosmetics.
- Attend seasonal brand-hosted training seminars and/or digital learning modules.
- Display exceptional, client-centric selling skills with a drive for results with integrity.
Training, Learning and Development:
- High achievers are eligible for further professional development programs through the Brands’ Career Path Program. Areas of specialty include makeup artistry, skincare and leadership.
Job Qualifications:
- Must have a high school degree or equivalent.
- Cosmetics or fragrance sales experience preferred.
- Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Adhere to retailer schedule and attendance policy.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, possibly including nights, weekends and/or holidays.
Hourly rates for this position range from $18-$25 hourly depending on location and experience.
