Key Responsibilities
- Disassemble, clean, sanitize and reassemble packaging & processing parts per L’Oréal GMPs
- Operate parts washers and perform basic troubleshooting; notify Supervisor of repairs
- Maintain accurate sanitation logs, safety checklists and GMP documentation
- Support turnaround schedules and assist other sanitizing staff as needed
- Follow PPE, hygiene and safety protocols; participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Solid knowledge of GMP and sanitation best practices
- Ability to disassemble/reassemble equipment parts and use cleaning tools safely
- Basic equipment troubleshooting and maintenance awareness
- Physical stamina: repeated bending, standing, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Effective verbal & written English; flexibility to work off shifts and overtime
- HS diploma or equivalent preferred; 1–3 years manufacturing experience preferred
