What You Will Do:
- Help to shape the IT Cosmetics’ image across all social platforms
- Disrupt the social media landscape.
- Work at the speed of culture.
- Be at the forefront of redefining how IT Cosmetics connects with their audiences on social media.
- Challenge the norm, take calculated risks, and push creative boundaries to gain attention through social campaigns and content partnerships.

- Leverage your creative and analytical thinking to captivate online communities.
- Be creatively driven and demonstrate a clear creative vision
- Help to inspire new social content opportunities cross-functionally and market partners
Creative Ideation:
- Always On: Concept and execute (either internally/agency) Monthly Content Packages to Market. Lead time is two months (e.g. March package sent in Jan)
- Disruptor/Viral Partnerships: Minimum of 1x every quarter, collab post on @itcosmetics (e.g. Tube Girl, Holding Space Woman, CGI) – this needs speed and agility
- Trend Spotting: Create 3x quick low-fi videos in line with CDMO trend spotting and for our audience target of 40 , to share with markets on a monthly basis – trend must be relevant to the brand, posted on @itcosmetics and shared with markets for inspiration. This can also include templates > Spotify Wrapped etc. We need to be the first!
- Social Platforms – Inspire and create quick fire trends/content, branded templates, education, PD, Lab Behind-the-Scenes content, support with content at events – be proactive in suggesting new content ideas and opportunities
- Campaigns – As and when needed to help support with content and behind-the-scenes shoots.
- Meetings & Internal Requests – To shoot and edit social content requested by LT for any key meetings
- Generate ideas that drive buzz but also brand consistency, even if it involves left field or unconventional tactics.
- Conceptualize, create, and test content partnerships that challenge conventions and spark conversations.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in social media, tech, and marketing.
- Continually share insights and ideas with the wider team to develop eye-catching visuals, videos, and captions to engage and provoke audiences.
Campaign and Project Management:
- Produce strategic global social media campaigns and Projects that drive brand buzz while delivering on market needs.
- Analyze and digest consumer behavior to develop strategies that reaches consumers throughout the funnel to build awareness, drive engagement, and encourage conversion.
- Work collaboratively with key cross-functional partners to execute social campaigns and Projects in line with 360 business objectives.
- Work with key market partners to better understand their needs and fulfill those requests based on performance.
- Deliver Campaigns and Projects that follow and meet DRIVE timelines.
- Support AVP to help manage market expectations and needs if campaigns or Projects are late.
- Field questions and complaints from markets (incl. trouble shooting assets and formatting).
Budget Management:
- Effectively manage the budget of key social campaigns and projects.
- Support AVP Social in providing budget updates that feed into the overall social budget.
Agency and Production Management:
- Identify the right partners who are digital-first and innovative in the social content space.
- Manage the relationship(s) with social content and creator agencies for key campaigns and projects.
- Identify new ways of production to ensure modern and platform first deliverables.
