As a Forklift Operator on our team, you will be at the heart of our distribution operations, ensuring our world-class beauty products are ready to be sent out to our customers. Reporting to the Picking Operations Supervisor in our Luxe Division, you will play a key role in the dynamic, fast-paced environment of our Monmouth Junction facility.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Warehouse Operations: Receiving and auditing goods, putting away products into the warehouse, and replenishing pick areas to maintain inventory flow.
- Order Fulfillment: Physically picking, packing, and preparing customer orders with precision and care, ensuring accuracy through audits.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operating powered industrial trucks (forklifts) and using RF scanners and SAP to manage inventory and process orders efficiently.
- Safety & Compliance: Championing our safety culture by adhering to all standards, participating in safety initiatives, and ensuring a safe and orderly work environment.
Role
You could be the perfect fit for this role if you are a reliable and safety-conscious individual with a can-do attitude. We are looking for someone who:
- Is a proactive team player, willing to learn and contribute to multiple areas of the warehouse.
- Has strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
- Can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Is comfortable with technology, with general computer knowledge (SAP is a plus).
- Can safely lift, pull, and push up to 50lbs and work overtime, including weekends, when needed.
