| Essential Responsibilities |
Oversee B2C Orders
- Check B2C orders daily for accuracy and completeness.
- Review orders meticulously to ensure accuracy and timely processing, maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with the customer care team to handle order cancellations and address customer inquiries promptly.
- Inform the team of any suspicious orders or fraudulent activities for further investigation.
- Receive and enter B2B orders accurately into the system.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to prioritize B2B orders.
- Provide order tracking information to B2B accounts in a timely manner.
- Publish weekly reports on order shortages and cancellations.
- analyze data to identify trends or issues and communicate findings to the appropriate teams for resolution and prevention.
- Support the retail RTV (Return to Vendor) process by ensuring all agreed steps are followed by relevant teams.
- Track returns through a monthly report to monitor trends and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in investigating, disputing, and tracking chargebacks from retailers.
- Work with relevant teams to address and resolve chargeback issues promptly.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with various teams, including marketing, sales, finance, and product development, to align supply chain activities with the overall business strategy.
- Additional tasks as assigned.
Sustainability Responsibility
- Ensure all duties carried out and actions completed in every aspect of your role, contribute to the short and long-term Sustainability Goals set-forth by the ELEMIS - Climate, Biodiversity & People Pillars
| Qualifications & Characteristics |
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position, and a Bachelor's degree is considered helpful but not mandatory.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in retail operations, supply chain management, or related fields.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets is required.
- Planning and organization skills with the ability to manage multiple duties simultaneously.
- Proven ability to quickly adapt and drive the right results using data.
- Highest levels of integrity and ethics.
- Excitement for working in an environment where each day can be very different from the last with a high level of ambiguity and change.
The salary range for this position is $50,000-$55,000/yr.
