Responsibilities
- Assist with the loading, unloading, and transportation of materials and equipment across job sites
- Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary tools and supplies
- Support skilled tradespeople by providing materials and assisting with tasks as directed
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery safely under supervision
- Perform general labor duties such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving heavy objects
- Maintain cleanliness of work sites by disposing of debris and waste properly
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
- Report any safety hazards or equipment issues immediately to supervisors
Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Basic understanding of safety procedures related to construction or industrial environments
- Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or similar manual labor roles is a plus but not required
- Reliable transportation to reach job sites as needed
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and adhere to company policies
