- Basic Research skills to understand project requirements, materials, and safe work methods.
- Ability to follow safety guidelines, use hand and power tools safely, and adhere to company procedures.
- Physical ability to lift materials, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability, with willingness to take direction and learn on the job.
