About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our marketing and events team in Orlando. As a Entry level marketing and event assistant, you’ll be engaging with customers in event settings, promoting products and services on behalf of our clients, and providing a positive, professional experience for every Customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Promote and explain product features and offers at events or pop-up locations
- Assist customers with product knowledge and answer general inquiries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting event area
- Work closely with team members to achieve daily and weekly targets
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to work on-site (this is not a remote position)
- Previous customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required — full training is provided.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday and occasional weekend availability
Pay:
Competitive weekly pay with performance incentives discussed during the interview process.
