Job Type: Full-Time Hours

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm

Targeted Pay Range: $15.00 -17.00 per hour.

(Starting rate of pay varies based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience and position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.)

What you'll do in this role:

Our Customer Service Representative will be a part of our E-Commerce team, performing various duties to help support our e-commerce business. In this position you will need great customer service skills because you will be directly interacting with customers to answer questions & resolve issues. Additional role responsibilities include managing product SKU numbers, researching product/product descriptions, ensuring products are available through the e-commerce store, selecting artwork to create a visually appealing shopping experience, interacting with vendors to arrange shipping and any other responsibilities as assigned by management.
