Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
This position consists mainly of light physical work. The position may require exertion of up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. The role involves sitting most of the time.
The incumbent is required to have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned or to make general observations of facilities or structures (i.e., parcels, supplies, etc.).
The incumbent may also be occasionally subject to hazards including a variety of physical conditions, as well as occasional atmospheric hazards (i.e. conditions that affect the respiratory system such as fumes, odors, dust, mists, gases, or poor ventilation).
The incumbent may occasionally be subject to noise sufficient to cause the worker to shout in order to be heard above the noise.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Responds to resident complaints expeditiously, professionally and with diplomacy
- Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer requests
- Assists with tenant ledgers, family composition letters, work orders, community room bookings, preparation of Fed Ex packages
- Must be able to retrieve, sort, log, and distribute company mail/parcels
- Provides reception relief and administrative support as required
- Responsible for the sorting and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail
- Works with supervisor on special projects
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 years of customer service or related experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with Yardi or other property management software, preferred
- Must be able to handle high call volume while exercising diplomacy and tact
- Ability to proactively anticipate and solve problems
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Able to speak Spanish, highly preferred

- The role also requires incumbent to talk and hear, expressing or exchanging ideas by means of spoken work and the ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and to make distinctions in sound.
