About the Role
As our Maintenance Manager at L&M Property Management, you’ll oversee daily maintenance operations across a portfolio of residential and commercial properties. You’ll lead a small but mighty team, ensure properties are in top shape, and step in when hands-on expertise is needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily property walks to spot issues such as graffiti, overflowing trash, debris, damaged fixtures, or neglected landscaping.
- Ensure all exterior areas, including parking lots, walkways, signage, and building exteriors, are clean, safe, and well-maintained, taking a hands-on approach when needed to ensure the highest standards are met
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to address and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Monitor team performance and ensure service providers maintain company standards for property appearance.
- Report recurring issues or maintenance needs to management and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED required; additional trade or technical certifications are a plus.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (required).
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience, including property, facilities, or construction work.
- At least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership position.
- Solid knowledge of general maintenance trades
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Comfortable performing physical work and managing outdoor environments.
- Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
