We are seeking an energetic and motivated Inside Industrial Sales professional to join our team. you will be the driving force behind generating new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and providing exceptional customer service within the industrial sector. Your focus will be on building strong relationships with clients, understanding their technical needs, and delivering tailored solutions that foster growth and loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective and existing clients through outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Manage a designated territory by developing strategic plans for lead generation, account growth, and market penetration.
- Utilize Hubspot to track interactions, update customer information, and analyze sales data for targeted outreach.
- Provide ongoing customer support by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and upselling additional products or services to maximize revenue.
- Proven experience in inside sales or B2B sales within an industrial or technical environment.
