We’re looking for a team player with positive energy and a heart for service to help keep the kitchen running smoothly and support both prep and service teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of kitchen staff
- Coordinate orders between the kitchen and service counter
- Ensure food presentation meets our quality standards
- Prepare ingredients, assemble dishes, and ensure timely service
- Wash dishes, sanitize surfaces, and maintain a clean, organized kitchen
- Buss tables and assist with guest service as needed
- Participate in banquet setups and breakdowns
- Communicate clearly with cooks, servers, and team members to ensure smooth operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
- Basic knowledge of food safety and handling practices
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for food and creating great guest experiences
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and various shifts
