Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to foster a welcoming atmosphere
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, including wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks, maintaining high standards of presentation and service
- Manage food handling and food safety protocols to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health regulations
- Support catering operations by setting up event spaces, bussing tables, and clearing dishes promptly
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing questions, accommodating special requests, and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Assist with event setup and breakdown, including table settings, decorations, and equipment arrangements
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is highly preferred; culinary or banquet experience is a plus
- Demonstrated guest services or guest relations skills in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with food service operations such as serving, bussing, and food handling
- Exposure to fine dining or hotel service environments is advantageous
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in dynamic settings while maintaining professionalism
