Role Description The Supply Chain Management Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Carrollton, Texas. This role is responsible for analyzing and optimizing end-to-end supply chain processes, including demand planning, inventory control, purchasing, and distribution activities to support production and customer needs. The analyst monitors key performance indicators, identifies variances, and recommends process improvements to reduce costs, minimize stock-outs, and improve service levels. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with operations, manufacturing, quality, logistics, and finance to ensure accurate material availability, timely order fulfillment, and compliance with internal policies and industry regulations. The role also involves maintaining master data, preparing regular reports and dashboards, supporting system enhancements, and assisting with vendor and supplier performance evaluations.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, build reports, identify trends, and recommend actionable supply chain improvements.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders and to present findings clearly.
- Experience in Materials Management, including inventory control, purchasing, and coordination of material flows across the supply chain.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Management principles, such as demand planning, forecasting, logistics, and vendor management.
- Ability to analyze and improve Business Processes, including documentation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency with ERP or MRP systems and advanced Excel or similar analytical tools; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment; medical device or healthcare industry experience is a plus.
