What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lawn Care Worker/ Landscaper position at L&K Lawn Care & Landscaping LLC?
We are looking for reliable, honest, detail-oriented, fast-paced employees for lawn care, landscaping, and tree service that can work up to 7 days a week in the Morgantown, WV area. We service all aspects of lawn care, landscaping, and tree work—including mowing, tree removal/ trimming, retaining walls, mulching, rock installation, and more.
The Lawn Care Worker/Landscaper is responsible for performing tasks involving physical labor on a lawn care and landscaping team. The person in this position may operate a variety of mowers, trimmers, and other power equipment, clean and prepare sites, trim natural environments, dig trenches, clean up debris, remove waste materials, and more.
Pay is based on experience. Significant opportunity for advancement. Valid driver's license preferred, must have reliable transportation to work.

The essential functions and qualifications include, but are not limited to the following:
- Performing a variety of tasks and assigned work duties involving strenuous manual labor in outdoor projects and worksites in a variety of weather conditions.
- Ability to lift heavy objects, work at a high pace, walk and stand for long periods of time and perform strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions.
- Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely.
- Ability to understand, follow, and transmit written and oral instructions.
- Maintain a clean job site; picking up all tools and equipment and secure job site each day in order to eliminate potential hazards
- Load and unload trucks and haul materials and equipment.
- Perform required light maintenance of equipment.
- Available 7-days a week.
- Reliable transportation to work
- Any combination of education and experience that demonstrates the knowledge and ability to perform the work.
- Some knowledge of proper use of equipment, materials and supplies used in lawn care and landscaping work
- Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
