What are the responsibilities and job description for the Direct Hire Recruiter position at L.K. Jordan & Associates?
L.K. Jordan & Associates is actively seeking a Direct Hire Recruiter in their Direct Hire department to join its highly successful Austin operation. The successful applicant will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting high quality candidates for placements which meet a broad range of client requirements across multiple industries for direct hire placements – recruitment experience is preferred but not essential. The position will work closely with our Branch Managers and Regional Director to develop recruitment strategy and enhance service offerings to new and existing client companies. This position is full time and will requires up to 25% travel to client sites.
Essential Functions
· Sourcing and recruiting high quality candidates and presenting them to open positions
· Scheduling candidate interviews with clients
· Negotiate salary offers
· Identify new business opportunities and cross selling opportunities
Education and Experience Guidelines:
· Must have service sales/marketing/recruiting experience
· Must have at least 5 years of professional experience
· College education preferred
· Candidates with prior experience specifically in the staffing industry will be placed in the highest consideration
Compensation
· Highly Competitive Base Salary (DOE) of minimum $60K plus monthly commission and quarterly performance bonuses.
