What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Foundation Footer and Wall Foreman position at L & K Construction?
Responsibilities of this position include:
Assemble tools, materials, equipment for assigned job each day. Candidate must have the ability to accurately prepare, layout, and pour concrete footers.
Abide by company policies and procedures as outlined in the handbook; maintain tools and equipment; jobsite cleanliness and organization; wear proper work clothes; work is expected in all weather conditions; ability to stand during shift and lift at least 50 lbs.
Requirements include: Valid and insurable drivers license; knowledge in reading blue prints; proficient in laying out residential footers. CDL license a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 60.0 per week
