Lead Carpenter Wanted Join the Team at L&J Pools
L&J Pools is looking for a reliable, experienced tradesman to join our growing team. We are seeking someone with strong carpentry and leadership skills along with painting experience for residential outdoor projects and property improvements.
Responsibilities
- General carpentry and construction work
- Deck repairs and framing
- Roofing repairs and installations
- Installing Trim
- Interior and exterior painting
- Operating power tools and equipment safely
- Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks required for site preparation and material handling.
- Support concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work
- Working independently and leading a crew
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction site work with knowledge of carpentry techniques including trim, siding, framing, foundations, painting, roofing, etc.
- Ability to lead a crew to completing a carpentry task or job.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, schematics reading.
- Ability to follow blueprints.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors.
- Must be dependable and punctual.
