Construction Manager

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Construction Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. This role is vital in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with the highest standards of quality and safety. As a Construction Manager, you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage schedules, and utilize advanced construction management software to drive project success. Your expertise will help shape impactful infrastructure and building developments, fostering innovation and efficiency at every stage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate seamless project workflows.
• Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management tools; monitor progress regularly to identify and resolve potential delays.
• Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts thoroughly to ensure compliance with design intent and regulatory standards.
• Manage construction estimating processes to accurately forecast costs and resource requirements.
• Oversee construction site activities, ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed and quality standards are maintained.
• Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, Civil 3D, or similar tools for documentation, reporting, and communication.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, address issues promptly, and ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Facilitate effective project coordination by managing schedules, budgets, procurement processes, and subcontractor performance.
• Maintain comprehensive records of project activities, change orders, contracts, and compliance documentation for transparency and accountability.

Experience

• Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in large-scale civil or commercial projects.
• Extensive knowledge of construction site operations, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and contract administration.
• Proficiency with project scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or similar platforms; experience with construction estimating tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, Civil 3D or equivalent systems for project documentation and communication.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining excellent time management skills.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in construction site environments.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to coordinate diverse teams effectively.
• Prior experience working with or similar industry-specific entities is advantageous but not mandatory.
