Job Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / ABA Therapist

L&J Behavior Consultants is seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our team of Board Certified Behavior Analyst in the East Tennessee area. We are a close-knit, BCBA-owned company that values flexibility, autonomy, and work-life balance.
Compensation:
- $80–$85 per hour (negotiable based on experience)
- Contractor position (part-time or full-time)
About Us
L&J Behavior Consultants is a privately owned practice led by two Board Certified Behavior Analysts who maintain their own caseloads. We are a small group of BCBAs committed to supporting one another while allowing each therapist as much independence as they desire.

- In-home, one-on-one services with opportunities for school and community-based supports
- Client age range: 2–18 years
We believe socially significant behaviors are best addressed in the environments where they naturally occur.

Responsibilities
- Conduct intake evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collect and analyze data; adjust strategies as needed
- Provide parent/caregiver training and support
- Graph progress and create routine progress summaries
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
- Eligible for licensure in Tennessee.
- Reliable transportation (willing to travel up to 20–25 miles/day if needed)
- Passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
