We’re seeking hardworking, reliable independent contractors to join our team. Work includes residential renovations and repairs throughout Middlesex and Essex counties.
Typical Projects
- Kitchen & bathroom remodels
- Window & door installations
- Siding replacement
- Tiling & hardwood flooring
- Deck & porch renovations
Required Skills
- Framing, sheet rocking, mudding/taping, painting
- General repair & troubleshooting
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
Qualifications
- 3 years residential construction experience
- Licensed & insured preferred
- Own reliable vehicle (pickup preferred), valid driver’s license, and insurance
- Full set of hand & power tools
- Strong communication skills with clients & team
- Safety-focused and dependable
Responsibilities
- Work independently or with team on renovation/repair projects
- Coordinate with Head Contractor and assist trades as needed
- Provide quality workmanship and maintain company standards
- Communicate clearly with customers about work performed
