Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, efficient service.
- Take orders accurately and operate the POS system.
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain a clean and organized counter and dining area.
- Restock beverages, paper goods, and front-of-house supplies.
- Assist with light food running and order organization during peak hours.
- Handle cash and card transactions responsibly.
- Take feedback from supervisors and teammates with a positive attitude.
- Previous customer service or restaurant experience preferred.
- Energetic, positive, and comfortable engaging with guests.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
