The Learning Institute for Functional Education (L.I.F.E.) is hiring for a Mid-Level Supervisor in Merced County. $750 Sign on Bonus!

Summary:

The Mid Level Supervisor is a position that reports to the immediate Program or Clinical Supervisor. The Mid-Level Supervisor will have a caseload of up to 15 clients and 10 behavior technicians in Merced County. The Mid-Level Supervisor will help oversee the implementation of treatment plans, train technicians under their caseload on implementing treatment plans, assist in parent training, and help conduct clinical assessments as needed. The Mid- Level Supervisor is also responsible for writing and/or revising client reports under their caseload and ensuring timely submission of reports to the appropriate recipients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, education, child development, childhood education, special education, speech and hearing services, or a related field.
• Current RBT or BCAT certification.
• Experience conducting Assessments (Vineland, DAY-C 2, and FBA).
• 2 years of experience working with clients between the ages of 0-21 diagnosed with Autism an/or developmental disabilities in home, school, and/or community settings.

Preferences:

• Pursuing a master’s degree in in applied behavior analysis, psychology, education, child development, childhood education, special education, speech and hearing services, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience working with clients between the ages of 0-21 diagnosed with Autism an/or developmental disabilities in home, school, and/or community settings.
• 1 year of mid-level supervisor experience.
