Job Overview
L&H Companies is experiencing growth and is seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to join our team.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with Project Management Team on corporate procedure documentation
- Support project management team with all facets of projects to ensure they are completed on schedule and within budget. This includes criteria such as:
- Code Check and Permitting
- Subcontractor vetting and engagement
- Field Reports / Equipment Rentals
- Work with PM and Accounting team to update monthly Work in Progress reporting and assist with billing and collections
- Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment to gain and apply a comprehensive knowledge of our project management processes, as well as delighting our customers both internally and externally
- Ability to plan, execute, and deliver desired results
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree desired. Degree in Business Administration or Construction Management preferred.
- 1 years of project coordinator or project management experience preferred
- Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills
- Requires strong problem-solving skills and great attention to detail
- Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Permitting and Code research experience
- Proficiency with Gantt chart creation and/or project timelines
- Ability to maintain workplace organization
