What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bridal Stylist: Full-Time / Part-Time position at L&H BRIDAL?
Responsibilities included but not limited to:
- Assist brides in selecting and trying on wedding gowns and accessories.
- Offer expert styling advice on silhouettes, fabrics, veils, headpieces, and accessories.
- Confidently guide brides through the decision-making process.
- Use strong sales techniques to help brides say “yes to the dress.”
- Overcome objections and address concerns with professionalism.
- Achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Prepare fitting rooms and gown selections prior to appointments.
- Maintain an organized and efficient appointment flow.
- Follow up with brides after appointments to continue the sales process.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of bridal gown sales experience required in a bridal boutique or formalwear environment.
- Demonstrated ability to close bridal gown sales and meet or exceed sales goals.
- Strong closing skills and the ability to confidently guide brides through the purchasing decision.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with brides and their guests.
- Must be available to work weekends and peak bridal shopping hours.
- Ability to assist brides in and out of gowns and work on your feet for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of bridal designers, fabrics, silhouettes, and alterations process.
- Experience with appointment-based retail environments and client follow-up.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced boutique environment.
Compensation:
- $17-$25 per/hr. (Depending on level of experience)
- Commission
- Medical Insurance and 401K are offered to Full-Time employees
