Job Summary:
L & G Home Care Agency is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry / to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for accurately entering and reviewing data while supporting the pre-billing process. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, communicates effectively, and can manage their workload to meet weekly deadlines.
Schedule:
Full-time, on-site
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Perform accurate and timely data entry of caregiver information
Review data for completeness and accuracy before submission
Maintain organized records and documentation
Meet weekly reporting deadlines and productivity expectations
Communicate with the billing team to resolve discrepancies
Support the biller and report directly to them
Qualifications:
Previous data entry and/or pre-billing experience preferred
Experience using HHA Exchange is a plus, but not required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication skills
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Basic computer skills required
